Refund policy
We have a 15-day return policy for damaged or erroneous items. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
In the case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, contact us within 15 days of product delivery for a free replacement or refund. As a small business, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to customer error while ordering (such as selecting the wrong size, color, or material). Please double-check item selections before placing your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Please note that for direct-to-garment products (many of our apparel items), there is an expected tolerance of 0.5" for print placement, meaning that minor variations may occur and are not considered defects.
To process the return or replacement of a damaged product, please contact us through our website contact form and include your order number. We will reach out to request a clear photo or video showing the issue. Please do not discard the item before your request is processed, as it is required to issue a return or refund. If there’s an issue affecting multiple products that use the same design, an additional photo (or video) of all affected items visible in one frame will be required for confirmation purposes.
Once the return is accepted, we will provide instructions for your refund or replacement.
Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Please note that credit card refund processing times vary across banks and may take up to 10 business days to complete.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items that may be included in specialty launches cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, seasonal items, or gift cards.
