But humans are complex. We contain multitudes. Both & More was built on the truth that we don’t have to choose.

We are the corporate strategists who are also present, silly parents. We are beautifully curious minds navigating a fast-paced world. We are the lifters, the builders, the creators, and the advocates.

In a single day, you can be hyper-productive at 9am and still forget to switch the laundry to the dryer. Structured and spontaneous. Ambitious and at peace. Strategic and soft.
