Shipping & Delivery
How long will my order take?
Production and processing begins as soon as your order is placed. Typically, once an order is received, it is ready to ship within 1-2 business days. Standard US shipping timelines range from 2-5 business days. However, some products may require additional processing time, and shipping estimates may vary, so please check the estimated delivery date during checkout. This estimated timeframe is based on your delivery address, so the most accurate estimate.
Return policy
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Our team moves quickly to process orders, so we're unable to update delivery addresses once an order is placed. If you're registered with your carrier, you may be able to work directly with them to redirect your shipment to a pickup point or reschedule delivery — though carrier fees may apply.
How much does shipping cost?

Are the dyes safe?
Our base garments are dyed using OEKO-TEX® certified pigments — independently tested and verified free from over 1,000 toxic substances, including carcinogenic dyes, PFAS, formaldehyde, heavy metals, and banned pesticides. The certification also confirms skin-safe pH levels and colorfastness, so dyes won't irritate skin or transfer with wear. Our print inks are water-based, biodegradable, non-toxic, and odorless.
Will the color fade?
Our shirts are dyed after they're sewn, which creates subtle natural variation in color. Pigment dye colors are designed to remain for the life of the garment, not fade or wash out.
Orders & Returns
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because orders go to production immediately, we're unable to modify or cancel once an order is placed. Please review your cart carefully before checking out.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
We'll make it right. Inspect your order on arrival and contact us within 15 days if something is wrong. Full details are on our Returns & Replacements page.
Can I return or exchange a wrong size?
As a small business, we're not able to accept returns or exchanges for ordering errors. Please review the Sizing Guide page for guidance and double-check your selections before placing your order.
