Both & More products are made with care, and we want you to feel good about what arrives at your door. Please inspect your order when it arrives, and reach out right away if something isn't right.
What we cover
- If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 15 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a free replacement or refund.
- To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- One note specific to direct-to-garment apparel: a print placement tolerance of up to 0.5" is standard in the production process and is not considered a defect.
What we can't cover
- As a small business, we're not able to accept returns or exchanges for ordering errors like selecting the wrong size, color, or style. Please double-check your selections before placing your order.
- We also cannot accept returns on sale items, seasonal items, or gift cards.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because our products are made to order, production begins as soon as your order is placed. For that reason, we're unable to modify or cancel orders once they're submitted. Please review your cart carefully before checking out.
If something goes wrong on our end, the damaged and defective item policy above applies.
How to process a return or replacement
- Reach out through the contact form on our website and include your order number. We'll follow up to request a clear photo or video of the issue. Please hold onto the item until your request is resolved, as we'll need it to process your return or refund.
- If the same issue affects multiple items, one photo showing all affected pieces in a single frame helps us resolve things faster.
- Once a return is accepted, we'll send you instructions for your refund or replacement.
Refunds
Refunds are returned to your original payment method. Bank processing times vary. so please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear.
