Our process
To reduce waste and environmental impact, every Both & More product is made to order. This means we can't match the two-day delivery windows of large retailers — but it also means nothing sits in a warehouse waiting for a buyer. We think that's the right way to make things.

Fulfillment Timelines
Production begins as soon as your order is placed, and most orders are ready to ship within 1-2 business days. Some special edition products may require additional processing time. Check your cart for the estimated delivery date on any item.

Split shipments
Orders with multiple items may ship separately to keep things moving. If one item arrives before another, the rest is on its way. There are no additional shipping charges for split shipments.

Delivery Estimates in Checkout
For the most accurate delivery estimate, add your items to the cart and enter your shipping address at checkout. The ranges below are general guidelines, and your cart estimate is based on your delivery address and is the most reliable timing. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.

Delivery times below are estimates based on carrier timelines after your order has shipped. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control.

    • Shipping Time: 2–5 business days*
    • First item: USD 6.00
    • Each additional item: USD 3.00
    • *Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and US territories may require an additional 7–12 business days.
  • Australia
    • Shipping Time: 10–30 business days
    • First Item: USD 15.00
    • Each additional item: USD 6.00
  • Everywhere Else: 
    • Shipping Time: 10–30 business days
    • First item: USD 12.00
    • Each additional item: USD 5.00
